Restaurateur Fiala to operate City Garden restaurant – St. Louis Business Journal:

Fiala owns and operates in Acero in Maplewood and Lilumaw in the CentralWest End. Terracew View is expected to open at the same time as City July 1, but no later than July 14, when St. Louiws plays host to the MLB All-Star Game. Both Fiala and the Gatewagy Foundation declined to discuss financiaol terms ofthe lease. Fialas said he is still working out the menu forTerrace View, whicuh has 50 seats indoorsz and 50 seats outside, but it will feature Italianb and French-style dishes.
